xWhich type of battery cells is this 15kWh DIY box compatible with?
This casing is designed for single M6 studded cells. While it is our standard
configuration, the box also accommodates double M6 hole cells.
Our standard kit includes single-hole flexible busbars. However, if you are using double-hole cells and
already have the corresponding busbars, they will fit perfectly within this enclosure. Our internal
layout is optimized for flexibility to ensure a seamless DIY assembly regardless of your cell's terminal
style.
Can I use this casing to build a battery pack and connect it in parallel with a
15kWh DIY box from another brand?
Yes, you can. Our DIY kits are designed to be compatible with standard parallel
configurations.
To ensure maximum efficiency and safety, we provide high-conductivity solid copper busbars rather than
silicone wiring. This choice minimizes resistance and heat generation, providing a more stable and
professional connection for high-capacity 15kWh systems. If you are looking to match or upgrade your
existing setup, our copper-based architecture is the ideal choice for long-term reliability.
Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
