Yes, you can. After you place your order, we will send you an email informing you of the order preparation and shipping times. We will update the tracking number after shipment.
For prismatic cells and DIY boxes, we will ship by sea. For BMS and 18650 lithium battery packs, we will ship by express or air.
After Sales Questions
EP Energy offers different warranty periods depending on the product. Prismatic cells offer a five-year warranty, while BMS, DIY boxes, 18650 battery packs, and 18650 battery cells offer a one-year warranty.
